Humble Pie

We had to go downtown to one of the rent houses last evening. They got a leak in the bad rain we just had. Grrr Some house we can’t seem to get the fridge to work it keeps freezing up. There were homes that people were moving everything out side beds were propped up couches everything the water line was above the windows. Some places we had the water as high as the under pass. Meaning it was as deep as it is high to the freeway!!! Some places were still flooded but for the most part it had all drained off.

Today we are going to one of our lawyers. Pray we get some answers to some questions that will end with solutions.

I *SO* need a vacay! If I had gas money I would drive to DC, Texas, Oh!! Ooo, ooo, I know my all time favorite this I have always wanted to do! I would start at one end of Route 66 and drive all the way across. Very cool. Wow that’s actually way bigger than I even really need I just want a small get away. Oh Bother, Charlie Brown I’m stuck here the best I could do is take the seats our of the back of the car and put a blow up mattress and go to a KOA somewhere around here.

So I need to eat some humble pie and say what everyone else knows I sure aint perfect! I’m not being real good at “turning the other cheek” right now. I can tell because I have been waking at night thinking of some really odd behavior that could result in a night ok, years in jail. Oh heck, sure not just waking at night, yea daytime thinking too. OK?

Very hard when you have been very wronged. It really is only Christ in me that has kept me from doing anything legally or morally wrong. Wow if anyone could hear some of Trent and my “lil talks”
